Last updated 15 September 2026
Your privacy matters to us. This policy sets out what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
1. We care about your privacy
This Privacy Policy explains how Zali Gillings (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, holds, uses and discloses your personal information when you visit this website, book a call with us, or join one of our programs.
We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. We will never sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we will never publicly display your email address or other personal identifiers.
2. What is personal information?
Personal information is information or an opinion about an identified individual, or an individual who is reasonably identifiable. For us it usually means your name, email address, phone number, the time of any call you book, and anything you choose to tell us in a message or on a call.
3. How we collect your personal information
We collect personal information directly from you when you:
- send us an enquiry through the form on our Contact Us page, which asks for your name, email address, phone number (optional) and your question;
- book a call through our scheduling tool, Calendly, which collects your name, email address and chosen time and passes your name and call time to the page you see after booking;
- join one of our programs, pay for it, or take part in its coaching, calls and communities;
- contact us by email, phone, text message or social media.
You do not have to give us your personal information, but if you do not, we may not be able to answer your enquiry, confirm your call or provide our services.
5. Analytics and re-marketing
We may use tools such as Google Analytics and advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) to understand how people use our website and to show relevant ads to people who have visited it. These tools use cookies or pixel tags and collect de-identified information about your visit. If we use them, you can opt out through your Google and Meta ad settings or with browser tools that block them.
6. How we use your personal information
We use your personal information to:
- reply to your enquiry and speak with you about whether our programs suit you;
- confirm, remind you about and hold the calls you book;
- deliver our programs, coaching and support, and manage payments;
- send you information about our services, where you have agreed or the law allows (you can unsubscribe at any time);
- improve our website and services, prevent fraud, and meet our legal obligations.
7. When we disclose your personal information
We only share your personal information with people who help us run our business, and only as far as they need it. This includes:
- our team members and contractors who respond to enquiries and run calls and programs;
- service providers such as our email provider (Google), scheduling tool (Calendly), website host (Vercel), and payment processors;
- professional advisers such as accountants and lawyers;
- government authorities or others where the law requires or allows it.
8. Overseas disclosure
Some of our service providers, including Google, Calendly and Vercel, store or process information on servers outside Australia, including in the United States. By giving us your personal information you acknowledge that it may be handled overseas, where privacy laws may differ from Australian law. We take reasonable steps to use providers with appropriate privacy and security practices.
9. Storage and security
We store personal information electronically with our service providers. We take reasonable steps to protect it from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, including password protection, restricted access and encrypted connections. No transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee the security of information you send us.
10. Accessing and correcting your information
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate, out of date or incomplete. Send your request through our Contact Us page. We will respond within a reasonable time. In limited cases the law allows us to refuse access; if so, we will tell you why.
11. Third-party websites
Our website links to other websites, such as Calendly, Vimeo and Instagram. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices, and we encourage you to read their privacy policies.
12. Complaints
If you have a concern about how we have handled your personal information, please tell us through our Contact Us page. We will look into it and respond as soon as we can. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated.
