Terms & Conditions
Last updated 15 September 2026
Please read these terms carefully. They explain what you can expect from us and what we ask of you.
1. Application of these terms
These Terms and Conditions apply when you use this website, book a call with Zali Gillings (“we”, “us”, “our”), or join one of our programs. By doing any of those things you agree to these terms.
If you join a program, you may also sign a separate program agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the program agreement applies. We may update these terms from time to time, and the latest version will always be on this page.
2. Our services
We provide education, training and coaching in remote sales. Booking a call is free and does not commit you to anything. On the call we will talk about your goals and whether our programs are right for you. Details of each program, including what is included and how long access lasts, are confirmed before you join.
3. Payment
Program fees and any payment plans are confirmed before you join. Payments are handled by a third-party payment processor. If you are on a payment plan and miss a payment, we may pause your access until the missing amount is paid.
4. Refunds
Refunds are available as set out in your program agreement, or where the law requires. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
5. Communications
By booking a call or joining a program, you agree that we may contact you by email, phone, text message and social media about your booking, your enquiry and your participation. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time. How we handle your details is explained in our Privacy Policy.
6. Accounts and access
If you join a program, your login details are for you alone. Sharing your access with anyone else may lead to your access being ended without a refund, except where the law requires otherwise.
7. Your conduct
When using our website, programs and communities, you agree not to:
- copy, resell or share our content for commercial purposes;
- use automated tools to access or scrape our website or materials;
- interfere with the website or our services, or try to gain unauthorised access to them;
- post content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive or infringes anyone’s rights;
- treat our team or other members disrespectfully.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this website and in our programs, including videos, training materials, scripts, text, graphics and logos, is owned by or licensed to us. You may use it for your own personal learning only. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit it without our written permission.
9. Confidentiality
Program materials, coaching content and anything shared in our private communities are confidential. You must not share them outside the program.
11. Earnings and results disclaimer
The stories and figures on this website, including Zali’s and her students’, are individual outcomes. They are not typical, and they are not a promise of what you will earn.
Results depend on many things outside our control, including your skills, effort, time, circumstances and the opportunities available to you. We do not guarantee that you will earn any particular income, secure any particular job or role, or achieve any particular result.
12. Availability of our website and programs
We aim to keep our website and program materials available, but we do not guarantee they will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Access may be affected by maintenance, updates or events outside our control.
13. Third-party websites and services
Our website links to and uses services run by others, including Calendly, Vimeo and Instagram. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.
14. Australian Consumer Law
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under that law.
15. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profit, revenue or opportunity, arising from your use of our website or services. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you have paid us for the relevant program. Where the Australian Consumer Law applies, our liability is limited, where permitted, to supplying the services again or paying the cost of having them supplied again.
16. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against any loss or claim that arises because you breach these terms or the law, except to the extent the loss was caused by us.
17. Ending your access
You can ask to close your account at any time through our Contact Us page. We may suspend or end your access to our website, programs or communities if you seriously or repeatedly breach these terms.
18. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws in force in Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
19. Contact
If you have any questions about these terms, please get in touch through our Contact Us page.
